In June 2009, Jim Roman of Jim Roman Associates was hired by the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce to conduct a membership campaign, loosely following a template designed by a “Chamber Pro” with more than 20 years experience.
Jim provided the energy and enthusiasm necessary to motivate Chamber volunteers to “share their chamber story” to recruit new members. Jim taught the team captains and team members how to go deep in their relationships. As a Chamber executive, we always preach the Chamber is about relationships, but few of us do a very good job of teaching this. Jim taught this concept through leadership and caring questions.

Jim recently presented his “How to Take the Work Out of Networking” class for the Melbourne-Palm Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
